Just Wondering…

I was just wondering, what do you think about church? Not playing church as many do, you know, just showing up when it is convenient, serving when it suits them, or giving when it makes them glad. But real honest to goodness church. Not worship either, because that is not church. Church was founded in his presence and on his promise and is his body in the world. If you do not belong to a church, why not? You are not even a spare body part, you are just an abnormality and a hindrance to his rightful body trying to do his work. If you are not part of his body and yet think you are, isn’t that kind of like a Frankenchurch where you’ve made your own body instead of being part of his? Makes one wonder…
