I was just wondering what you thought about yourself. You know what I mean. Do you find yourself thinking, “I deserve this.” “I need this.” or “I want this.” Does the earthy advise of “you have to watch out for number one first.” or “If I do not love me first, who will?” ring too many bells? Are you your own best friend? If you say you love the one who created you, how do these pithy sayings fit into how you are supposed to live for him? Does your view of yourself constantly in conflict with seeking first his kingdom and virtue? Has your self-worth, self-esteem, and self-love taken a priority in your selfish life and erased your relationship with him? Perhaps if you loved him with all your heart, mind, soul and strength then you could place yourself behind in loving others. Being narcissistic isn’t how you are supposed to live for him. Are you more selfish or selfless? Makes one wonder…
